Awesome! You just bought your first Kenko plan. Here are some ways you can use it.
Book a consultation with a doctor
You can search within our doctor network and choose who you'd like to consult with
Once done, fill out the form or head over to our chat widget on the bottom right corner of the page and either leave us an email with your preferred doctor, date and time for the appointment or get on a chat with us
We will generate an invoice for any remaining amount after deducting the plan benefits

If you're unsure of who to consult with, ask for a call-back or get on a chat with us and we'll help you out. Our partners, Credihealth, have qualified and experienced folks available for your assistance

Upload a prescription from a network doctor
If you don't have a prescription from a network doctor, you need to get one first by booking a consultation with one (see above)
